I visited the Pacific Northwest with my wife and a group of writers from the International Food Wine & Travel Writers Association. We started in Seattle, then explored Woodinville and Kirkland before sailing aboard Holland America‘s m/s Westerdam through Alaska’s Inside Passage. With stops in Juneau, Hubbard Glacier, Sitka and Ketchikan we concluded our cruise in Victoria, BC on Canada Day, capping it off with a fireworks display over the city.
