Over the past ten years, I’ve easily had hundreds of people tell me they don’t drink red wine because the sulfites give them headaches. I’ve never had an issue with it, but I’ve heard it enough times to know it’s a huge concern for some folks. When I heard about Üllo, I was intrigued. It’s a device that sits on top of your wine glass that is said to remove sulfites while it aerates your wine.
I put Üllo to the test. Here’s my experience.
