For those with a sweet tooth there was Cupcake Love and Godiva Chocolate. Several wineries were on hand including locals like Fallbrook Winery and Callaway Vineyard and Winery as well as other wineries from across the state like Kiamie Cellars, Cass and Calcareous from Paso Robles and Robinson Family and Jake-Ryan from Napa. It was good night for beer lovers as well, with offerings from Stone Brewing Company, Pacific Libations and others.
We fixed breakfast at our retreat and were looking forward to the day ahead. Our friends Howard and Lynda Howell had arranged a visit to RN Estate for a visit and tasting with proprietor Roger Nicolas. As always during festival weekends, there was a plethora of food including grilled sausages and bacon wrapped dates which we enjoyed at a picnic table in the sunshine.
