Chef de Cuisine Jason Rios, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, has planned a four-course semi-prix fixe menu with wine pairings. His background is extensive with stops including Le Cirque in Las Vegas and Leows Coronado Hotel. Entertainment will be provided by Adler, Blackburn and Quint, Cynthia Lee, Liz Dreyfuss and Lisa Ellis and by Blind Tiger Scratch.
The goal of the evening is to provide attendees a taste of what The Cuvée Club will be. Rand will be available to discuss investment opportunities and to share his vision of what he believes will be something Temecula has never seen. Four seatings are offered beginning at 5:30 pm.
