">Elevating Comfort Food To A Whole New Level
Steve chose to give us a taste of what he says is their most popular lunch item: a butter poached lobster grilled cheese sandwich which he says tongue-in-cheek should come with a side of Lipitor. The lobster is poached in water and butter, then placed on toasted sourdough, loaded with bacon and white cheddar and more butter.
There are far too many people to name that have combined to make this a wonderful year. I hope you will enjoy this short video as much as I enjoyed putting it together.

He commented on notes of eucalyptus and mint on the nose, the extended finish with concentrated brambleberry and called it a knockout.
